SWAYAM- a programme initiated by Government of India and designed to achieve the three cardinal principles of Education Policy viz., access, equity and quality - is offering more than 500 certification courses for students and working professionals pan India from January to April 2021. The program is taken up by the National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) which is one of the national coordinators at SWAYAM. A nominal fee is being charged for the proctored certification exam.
